Hi All, We’ve settled Looking forward to seeing lots of people well into our new house, which is lucky as “the Beast” has started causing problems again. Hoping to get it sorted this afternoon, but the mechanic doesn’t speak any English, so it will be interesting to see how many wheels it has on it when we get it back. Still swimming every day as the temperature is still getting up to thirty, though the evenings are getting cooler. Ann is painting and I am trying to get writing again, but feeling a bit indolent! We have signed up for Spanish classes starting in November, and I am due for my first session with a local choir next Monday. Looking forward to seeing lots of people out here in the next few months. Roger, Sveta and Elena are coming in December which will be good. We may even have a car by then! We should have our own internet connection fitted by the end of next week, but at the moment are relying on cafes, so the blog could be a bit terse until then. Keep posting comments. Andy.

Whats wrong with the beast? 30° sounds horrible. Over here its 12° and wet and windy…..now thats weather. We have had men with survey equipment and spray cans marking drains in the road so it looks like they are going to dig up the road to link with the 49 houses in grenyers field. Your well out of it.
