- Hi All, sorry I haven’t posted anything lately but I’ve been too busy being a domestic god! Working hard on Ann’s feet has been a question of enlightened self-interest, as the sooner she can walk properly again the sooner I can stop going to the supermarket! She is mending well, but is reluctant to accept that it is likely to be a fairly lengthy process and keeps trying to do slightly too much. Weather here is absolutely baking at present. even the Spanish are wilting and say that it is far hotter than usual. Our thermometer went off the scale at 45C yesterday afternoon, and it is too hot to do much useful so we are spending a good part of the day in the swimming pool. We even went skinny dipping at two in the morning because it was too hot to sleep. It sounded as if we had managed to wake every dog within a mile, which was great as it is usually the other way round! Most of the stuff we had packed has now been unpacked again. We are moving on soon and will have to start cramming things in to the caravan soon. We seem to have twice as much stuff as we had when we arrived, and neither of us can work out where it came from. Looking forward to getting in to France and then back to the UK for a few weeks in August. All the best, Andy/
